An Inside Look at LASTRADA Partners' Online Customer Resource Center

 

Beyond traditional support options, LASTRADA customers have exclusive 24-hour access to the online Customer Resource Center (CRC), which provides valuable LASTRADA tutorials, templates and technical content.

Customer Resource Center Content

Once logged in to the CRC, customers can access the information they need by using the search bar or by scrolling through the various sections.

The General section includes helpful guides to getting started in the CRC, including links to sign up for email updates, information on helpdesk ticket priority levels, and instructions for signing up a new user. This section also includes manuals and other references, including the LASTRADA user manual, the KPI Process Control Instruction Manual, instructions for setting up equipment documents types, and much more.

The Template Downloads section includes general LASTRADA templates such as sample tag and testing program templates, as well as HMA and aggregate statistics, sample reports, state DOT templates, lab data sheets, and more.

The Training Video section includes a multitude of videos covering a wide range of training topics including how to update LASTRADA settings, create declarations, modify templates, use the XML mapping tool, and more.

And finally, the LASTRADA Releases section includes recent release downloads and the release notes from previous LASTRADA releases.

When you need immediate answers about software, submitting help tickets or leaving a message for the helpdesk
aren't always the most time efficient options. LASTRADA Partners Customer Resource Center allows you to quickly find the answers you need, when you need them with self-service options like downloadable content, help videos and other helpful resources.

In this lightning demo I'll give you a quick tour. Once you've logged in to the help desk from lastradapartners.com/support you have access to several self-service resources. In the general section, you'll find basic information including guides to help you get started. In the customer resource center various technical manuals and other documentation about the software. The template download section includes multiple templates and template elements for you to use in LASTRADA. For testing programs, samples, statistical summaries, reports and more.

We also offer a variety of training videos that provide you with immediate answers to common how-to questions. The videos here provided time efficient way to understand the latest updates and nuances in LASTRDA. Last but not least, in the LASTRADA release section you'll find release notes for the most common bimonthly software releases, as well as notes for all prior releases.
