Beyond traditional support options, LASTRADA customers have exclusive 24-hour access to the online Customer Resource Center (CRC), which provides valuable LASTRADA tutorials, templates and technical content.

Once logged in to the CRC, customers can access the information they need by using the search bar or by scrolling through the various sections.
The General section includes helpful guides to getting started in the CRC, including links to sign up for email updates, information on helpdesk ticket priority levels, and instructions for signing up a new user. This section also includes manuals and other references, including the LASTRADA user manual, the KPI Process Control Instruction Manual, instructions for setting up equipment documents types, and much more.
The Template Downloads section includes general LASTRADA templates such as sample tag and testing program templates, as well as HMA and aggregate statistics, sample reports, state DOT templates, lab data sheets, and more.
The Training Video section includes a multitude of videos covering a wide range of training topics including how to update LASTRADA settings, create declarations, modify templates, use the XML mapping tool, and more.
And finally, the LASTRADA Releases section includes recent release downloads and the release notes from previous LASTRADA releases.
