In recent years ∆ Tc has emerged as a promising tool for predicting asphalt binder susceptibility to cracking. Evaluating binders against this parameter is crucial to determine if your binders meet existing or developing specifications. In this Lightning Demo, I will show you how LASTRADA identifies the critical temperatures and calculates ∆ Tc.
In LASTRADA, it is incredibly simple to calculate ∆ Tc. Simply select the BBR test method and enter your relevant test data. After all of your test data is entered you simply need to hit calculate, and LASTRADA automatically tells you what your T critical stiffness is, your T critical M value, as well as your Delta Tc.
