Keep Data Organized in Declarations
A declaration in LASTRADA is an aggregate stockpile. Since a plant will have multiple stockpiles or uses of the same aggregate, LASTRADA has multiple declarations to represent each.
At the Aggregate Plant
An aggregate declaration at an aggregate plant it will contain information about how the plant is configured and what products are being simultaneously produced through its associated product list..
At the Asphalt or Concrete Plant
The test results run at these locations are slightly different than the aggregate plant and are then reflected in the declaration properties of aggregate at these plants. Users can always import data from aggregate plant declarations using this tool if they do not test separate samples at their asphalt or concrete plants.
At the Design Lab
The final declaration represents aggregates for mix design or trial batching. The design lab can measure gradation and other properties on samples delivered to their lab and store those properties for use in a design. Data can also be imported from other declarations too.

When you need to evaluate production adjustments blends or designs do you find yourself cleaning up data, or assembling Excel files before you get started? This wastes time and adds frustration to an already frustrating job. In this Lightning Demo I will show you how LASTRADA's declaration structure guides technicians to proper data entry and logically organizes information ready for analysis.
The first stockpile location will be at the aggregate plant. An aggregate declaration, at an aggregate plant will contain information about how the plant is configured and what products are being simultaneously produced through the associated product list. The second stockpile location is at the asphalt or concrete plant. The tests run at these locations are representative of the aggregates being consumed and those aggregate properties are reflected in this declaration. Users can always import data from aggregate plant declarations if desired.
The final aggregate declaration represents aggregates used for mixed design or trial batching. This allows users to test samples delivered to their design labs and memorialize the properties in the database. Each of the three aggregate declarations keeps data logically separated but the data can be intermixed if needed. It's the best of both worlds.
