Customer Success Engineer (Construction Materials)

This is a unique opportunity to work in the desirable construction materials engineering and technology fields. We are a software company looking for an individual with construction/engineering/lab testing experience to oversee and address our customers’ technical needs. You will provide accurate technical consulting before and after the point of sale, ensuring customer satisfaction.

A lot of effort is made to keep LASTRADA Partners’ software products current with industry trends. This position regularly attends industry meetings and brings what is learned into their collaboration with the software development staff in defining new features and options.

Job Description

Responsibilities Include

  • Provide technical support for software products provided by LASTRADA Partners
  • Develop documentation for the user helpdesk in the form of videos and written procedures
  • Train and onboard new customers on the use of LASTRADA quality control software
  • Collaborate with customers on the effective use of software products
  • Review DOT and project specifications; communicate details to developers and customers
  • Document technical specifications for new product development
  • Regularly review software compliance with guidelines and regulations, including standard specifications and laboratory test methods
  • Work with sales to win new business and increase customer base
  • Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; benchmarking state-of-the-art practices; participating in professional societies
  • Contribute to the maintenance of LASTRADA Partners’ strategic plan
  • Represent LASTRADA Partners in our web content

Qualifications

  • Able to work within an international team to achieve goals
  • Ability to quickly adapt and learn new skills
  • Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
  • A strong customer focus
  • Minimum of 3 years in construction materials or engineering
  • BS or equivalent experience
  • Ability to work in the United States
